The Back Office is operated by The Back Office Team Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to The Back Office Team Ltd.
The Back Office is a team management platform that allows businesses ("Customers") to manage their managers and staff. The platform includes tools for weekly reviews, pay data, rosters, calendars, and internal communications.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their admin credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not share your login credentials with anyone outside your organisation or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Each Customer's data is stored in an isolated database. We do not share your data with other customers or third parties except where required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.
Subscription fees are agreed at the point of sale. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We aim to keep The Back Office available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.
All software, design, and content within The Back Office platform is owned by The Back Office Team Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Back Office Team Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
